ComSciCon-Atlanta 2018 Annual Report

The annual report! It's finally done! Gosh, I feel like I've labored on this a long time.

Serving as the lead organizer for ComSciCon-Atlanta 2018 has been the highlight of my year; there are so many critical skills required to make the workshop go smoothly that aren't part of the standard graduate student curriculum, and I'm happy to report that, even when it felt chaotic, my team and I rose to the challenge and really knocked it out of the park.

I would like to thank my fellow organizers for all their hard work: Dr. Kellie Vinal, (almost!) Dr. Carleen Sabusap, and Anzar Abbas. I'd also like to thank all of the donors that really made this event possible. And finally, I'd like to thank the attendees, who really made this workshop a joy. I hope you gained some takeaways from this, and I can't wait to see how you grow and continue to engage in scicomm.
